The Sofa is an opera by Elizabeth Maconchy. The story is about playboy Dominique, who is turned into a sofa by a disapproving grandmother with magical powers and can only transformed back again when a couple make love on top of him.

This is a design project of comedy love story that discussed human relationships in a surreal/abstract way, design concept revolves around imagination of us as shapes and how the society see us, constantly trying to find the perfect match like completing a puzzle.
